Bioszoeearth provides personalized wellness consultation services and nutrition programs. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our services.
Customers who are consumers in accordance with European consumer protection regulations have the right to cancel their wellness program enrollment within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason.
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of program enrollment and have not begun any consultations with Bioszoeearth.
If you have begun consultations, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the number of consultations provided versus your program value.
Administrative fees, booking fees, and any supplementary materials are non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact Bioszoeearth at contact@bioszoeearth.world with your order information. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval and will be issued to your original payment method.
Bioszoeearth reserves the right to cancel services if you violate our Terms of Use or if service delivery becomes impossible.
You may change or upgrade your wellness program within your enrollment period. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Consultations can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment at no additional charge. Late cancellations may incur fees.
The following circumstances exclude refund eligibility: completion of program benefits, partial program use, or significant time elapsed since purchase.
